Claude 42fd76d0c2 ax(mining): remove banned encoding/json import from stats_collector.go ... Replace json.NewDecoder streaming decode with io.ReadAll + the package's own UnmarshalJSON wrapper (bufpool.go), eliminating the direct encoding/json dependency in line with AX banned-import rules.
