Claude e0ed9048a1 ax(ueps): replace prose arrow comment with usage example on messageAuthCode ... Comment "→ covers all header TLVs before the HMAC tag" was prose describing effect rather than showing usage with concrete values, violating AX Principle 2 (comments as usage examples, not descriptions).
