refactor: unify claude-cowork into claude directory

Consolidates the repository structure:
- Move skills/ to claude/skills/
- Move collection hooks to claude/collection/
- Update CLAUDE.md to reflect unified structure

Public version remains at core-claude; this is the advanced in-house version.
