Snider	a389388b9d	feat(ui): core-agent-panel Lit custom element ... Dashboard showing issues + sprint progress. Works in: - core/ide (Wails desktop via provider system) - lthn.sh (Laravel web via Blade component) - Standalone browser (index.html) Auto-refreshes every 30s.
