Documents all subsystem accessors (App, Fs, Config, Data, Drive, Log, Error, Cli, IPC, I18n, Options, Context), service lifecycle with Startable/Stoppable interfaces, error logging (LogError/LogWarn/Must), and async tasks (Perform/PerformAsync/Progress).
