Snider 124fa6e6d7 docs(hermes): add openbrain-recall + openbrain-remember SKILL.md ... Two Hermes skill files that auto-register OpenBrain memory tools when the MemoryProvider plugin loads. Each names the triggering phrases, the tool contract, and an example invocation so Hermes can route recall/remember prompts without coaching.
