Snider a607a49287 refactor: consolidate plugin marketplace — remove duplicates, add repo-native plugins ... Remove claude/qa/ and claude/ci/ plugins (replaced by go-build and go-devops repo-native plugins). Strip duplicate qa command from code plugin.
