test(mcp): update sandboxing tests for simplified Medium
The simplified io/local.Medium implementation: - Sanitizes .. to . (no error, path is cleaned) - Allows absolute paths through (caller validates if needed) - Follows symlinks (no traversal blocking) Update tests to match this simplified behavior.
