feat(sdk): add breaking change detection with oasdiff
Compares OpenAPI specs to detect breaking changes:
- Removed endpoints
- Changed required parameters
- Modified response schemas
Returns CI-friendly exit codes (0=ok, 1=breaking, 2=error).
