57d6d92392 ci: add auto-project workflow for issue tracking 
Automatically adds issues to org projects based on labels:
- agentic → Workstation
- lang:go → Core.GO & Core.CLI
- scope:arch → Core.Framework

Requires PROJECT_TOKEN org secret.
