fix(io): break import cycle between pkg/log and pkg/io (#330)
The security logging in io/local creates a cycle: pkg/log/rotation.go imports pkg/io (for Medium) pkg/io/local/client.go imports pkg/log (for Security()) Remove the log import and rely on the os.ErrPermission return value to signal sandbox escape attempts. Implement log retention policy (#306)

Each family (CI, CodeQL, Coverage, PR Build, Alpha Release) had the same job duplicated across separate push/pull_request/schedule/manual trigger files. Merge codeql.yml and codescan.yml into a single codeql.yml with a language matrix covering go, javascript-typescript, python, and actions — matching the previous default setup coverage.
