Snider 51c313373c ci(workflows): add explicit permissions to all workflows ... - agent-verify: add issues: write (was missing, writes comments/labels) - ci: add contents: read (explicit least-privilege) - coverage: add contents: read (explicit least-privilege) All workflows now declare permissions explicitly.
