Snider a38ce051b6 feat(bugseti): add hub coordination config fields and accessors ... Add HubURL, HubToken, ClientID, and ClientName fields to Config struct for agentic portal integration. Include getter/setter methods following the existing pattern (SetForgeURL, SetForgeToken also added).
