user.email 7e5fc0f93f fix(rfc-025): add io to Principle 9 quality gate ... io bypasses stream primitives. Core provides: - core.ReadAll(reader) — read all + close - core.WriteAll(writer, content) — write + close - core.CloseStream(v) — close any Closer 9 disallowed imports in the quality gate.
