user.email 80563d97ec fix(rfc-025): pass 5 — adoption updated, verification section, references ... - Adoption: reflects core/go fully migrated, updated priority list with Actions, JSON, Validation - Added Verification section with 4 mechanical audit scripts - References: added RFC.md, consumer RFCs, RFC-004, RFC-021 - Removed stale references (DTO refactor, primitives design dates) An agent can now audit AX compliance with copy-paste bash commands.
