feat: extract ansible package from go-devops
Pure Go Ansible playbook engine: YAML parser, SSH executor, 30+ module
implementations, Jinja2-compatible templating, privilege escalation,
event-driven callbacks, and inventory pattern matching.
438 tests passing with race detector.
