Snider 338a0a4c5e feat: absorb vanity-import, community, and updater from CLI 
Moved from core/cli as part of repo cleanup:
- cmd/vanity-import/ — Go vanity import server
- cmd/community/ — community landing page
- cmd/updater/ — self-update service with Angular UI
