d542a56a8d refactor: apply go fix modernizers for Go 1.26 
Automated fixes: interface{} → any, range-over-int, t.Context(),
wg.Go(), strings.SplitSeq, strings.Builder, slices.Contains,
maps helpers, min/max builtins.

a3ff06c764 feat: extract go-git from go-scm/git 
Multi-repo git operations: parallel status, sequential push/pull,
error handling with stderr capture. 96.7% test coverage.

All 40 tests passing.
