docs: mark Phase 4 CoreDeno/WebComponents plans as not yet implemented 
CoreDeno sidecar, manifest loader, gRPC proto definitions, and
.core/view.yml discovery are not yet built. Codegen and WASM exist
but the Phase 4 vision is future work.
