7c8e762a86 feat: extract go-ml from go-ai as standalone ML package 
Inference backends (MLX, llama.cpp, HTTP), scoring engine, agent
orchestrator, GGUF management, DuckDB storage, Parquet I/O.
Adds CLAUDE.md/TODO.md/FINDINGS.md.
