Codex 55f7245017 feat(go-process): add CLI test Taskfile for build and unit test validation (AX-10) ... Adds tests/cli/process/Taskfile.yaml with canonical build/test/vet/default targets plus test-unit and Unix-gated test-integration (real subprocess tests skipped on windows). default deps-chains build/test/vet per Wave 2 convention.
