Sentinel errors (ErrNotFound, ErrQuotaExceeded) are now *log.Err values; errors.Is() chains continue to work via Unwrap(). Only 3 stmts remain uncovered in New() (sql.Open lazy-error and PRAGMA busy_timeout — both genuinely unreachable without driver mocking).
