## Phase 2: Multi-Tab Support

- [ ] `NewTab` / `CloseTab` exist but are not well tested
- [ ] Add tests for multi-tab lifecycle (open, switch, close)
- [ ] Verify console capture is tab-scoped (no cross-tab bleed)
