- node: add ReadFile (fs.ReadFileFS), Walk with WalkOptions, CopyFile
- node_test: fix Exists to single-return bool, FromTar as method call
- cache_test: remove Medium parameter, use t.TempDir()
- daemon_test: remove Medium from NewPIDFile/DaemonOptions, use os pkg
