Snider a134e2c6dc refactor(cli): rewrite styles and output with zero-dep ANSI
- Replaces lipgloss with internal ANSI styling
- Updates output functions to use new style and glyph system
- Removes external dependencies from strings.go and errors.go
- Fixes redeclarations in utils.go and runtime.go
