#1057 (brain.key 0600 perm check): client.go:615 already returns
"brain.key has insecure permissions, expected 0600" — landed in #998
(commit e2bc724).

#1058 (http:// apiURL allows cleartext bearer): client.go:218 already
rejects http:// unless CORE_BRAIN_INSECURE=true — landed in #1052
(commit cdb4bdb).

Both Cerberus findings closed-fixed by prior workspace-wide sniff
follow-ups.
