Snider c68698fc5c deps: bump dappco.re/go/core to v0.8.0-alpha.1 
Resolves build failures from using Core primitives (JSONMarshalString,
JSONUnmarshal, ReadAll, ServiceRuntime, etc.) that didn't exist in v0.4.7.
