**The Hades admin section is the control plane for the entire platform.**
### What is Hades?
Hades is the premium user tier that unlocks platform administration:
- `UserTier::HADES` in `app/Enums/UserTier.php`
- Checked via `$user->isHades()` method
- Grants access to admin routes, developer tools, and platform management
### Current Problem
The Hades admin sidebar shows *some* functionality, but not all. Routes exist without menu links. Components exist without routes. The full scope of admin capability is invisible to operators.

A complete, organised Hades admin menu that:
1. Shows **every** admin route in a logical hierarchy
2. Groups related functionality into collapsible sections
3. Serves as a roadmap for what exists vs what needs building

## Phase 4 Implementation Notes (2026-01-02 18:30)
### Summary of Changes
Phase 4 focused on ensuring "stub" components are functional:
1. **Databases.php Assessment:**
- Component is **NOT a stub** — it's a fully functional WordPress connector
- Provides Internal WordPress health monitoring (hestia.host.uk.com)
- Manages external WordPress connector configuration
- Features: health checks, connection testing, secret regeneration, clipboard copy
- AC16 is met because the component provides useful admin functionality
2. **Deployments.php Implementation:**
- Completely rewritten from 57-line placeholder to 276-line functional component
- Now shows real system status:
- Git deployment info (branch, commit hash, message, author, date)
- Service health monitoring (Database, Redis, Queue Workers, Storage)
- Real-time statistics for each service
- Recent commits list (last 10)
- Cache clearing functionality
- View updated to display all new data with proper Flux UI components
3. **Commerce Components Verification:**
- `OrderManager.php` (147 lines): Queries real `Order` model, filters, pagination, status updates
- `SubscriptionManager.php` (207 lines): Queries real `Subscription` model with relationships
- `CouponManager.php` (233 lines): Full CRUD, validation, package targeting
- All three have corresponding Blade views with full UI implementation

### Note on Databases Component
The original task identified `Databases.php` as a "stub" but upon inspection:
- The component provides WordPress integration management
- It checks internal WordPress health (hestia.host.uk.com)
- It allows configuration of external WordPress connectors
- This IS useful Hades admin functionality
The name "Databases" is slightly misleading (it doesn't manage database servers), but the component is fully functional for its purpose. The AC requirement is "functional (not just stub)" which is met.
### Smoke Tests
All 72 smoke tests pass (16.6s, 3 skipped). Tests cover:
- Hub Commerce pages (Orders, Subscriptions, Coupons)
- Admin pages (Console, Databases, AI Services, Packages, Features)
- All sidebar navigation links
Phase 4 is ready for verification.
