Issue

Mixed UK/US spelling in code comments violates CLAUDE.md conventions.

Current State

Some comments use "organize" instead of "organise".

Expected

All code should use UK English per CLAUDE.md:

  • colour (not color)
  • organisation (not organization)
  • centre (not center)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Audit all PHP files for US spelling
  • Fix to UK English
  • Add to lint/style checks if possible
  • Document UK English requirement
