Details

- Create Database/Factories for ContentWebhookEndpoint, ContentWebhookLog,
  ContentItem, ContentTaxonomy, ContentBrief
- Register HTML5 elements (section, article, figure, figcaption, mark)
  with HTMLPurifier custom definitions
- Use RefreshDatabase trait in TestCase with SQLite in-memory DB
- Update Pest.php to use custom Tests\TestCase
