- Gemini: 1500 req/day (existing)

- Gitleaks: Secret detection
- OSV-Scanner: Google vuln DB
- Checkov: IaC security
All results:
- Upload to GitHub Security tab (SARIF)
- Create artifacts for core CLI to consume
