Objective

Review the LifecycleEventProvider and ModuleScanner system.

Tasks

  1. Verify all Boot.php classes follow the $listens pattern correctly
  2. Check that frontage events are properly dispatched
  3. Review test coverage for the module loading pipeline
  4. Report findings as comments on this issue
