Snider 0eea8b5408 fix: resolve CI test failures ...

- Add activity log migration for tests
- Fix migration path in ActivityLogServiceTest and LogsActivityTraitTest
- Create tests/Unit directory with .gitkeep
- Fix code style (line endings) via Laravel Pint
