Snider d4b51393f4 fix: remove service widget references from core layouts ... Remove <x-analytics-tracking/>, <x-trust-widget/>, and <x-notify-widget/> from base and minimal layouts. These are consumer-level service components that don't belong in the core framework package. Also add Forgejo release workflow to publish Composer packages on tag push.
