Claude 774f097855 feat: scaffold LEM Desktop app (Wails v3 system tray + Docker stack) ... Inspired by BugSETI architecture — system tray with WebView2 windows, Docker Compose stack (Forgejo + InfluxDB + inference proxy), and scoring agent integration.
