fix(pool-website): update for ProgPoWZ mining 
- Config: point to local pool API, Lethean explorer links
- Getting started: replace CryptoNote miners with ProgPoWZ miners
  (progminer, T-Rex, TeamRedMiner)
- Add ProgPoWZ algorithm detection to JavaScript
