ax(node): rename abbreviated tar variables to predictable full names 
Replace `tw`, `tr`, `buf`, `hdr` with `tarWriter`, `tarReader`,
`buffer`, `header` in createTarball and extractTarball per AX
Principle 1 (predictable names over short names).
