edf72221db refactor: migrate module path to dappco.re/go/core/infra 
Update go.mod module declaration, import paths, and dependency
versions for the dappco.re namespace migration. Migrated deps:
core/log v0.1.0, core/io v0.2.0. Peer deps (cli, ansible, i18n,
scm) remain on forge.lthn.ai pending their own migration. Fix
pre-existing test assertion mismatches with coreerr.E error format.
